Who Are We? We’re building tools used by over 1.8 million electrical engineers worldwide to design products like drones, electric vehicles, and VR headsets 10x faster. Our platform has been profitable based on strong customer traction, and we recently raised our first institutional round to integrate AI and scale a product already loved by millions.

We operate like a true early-stage startup—small team, high ownership, direct CEO involvement, and fast feedback cycles.

What’s in It for You? You’ll own the entire business operations function at a high-growth engineering technology company.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and cross-functionally across sales, marketing, partnerships, engineering, and customer success.

You’ll shape the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that support aggressive growth.

You’ll receive strong equity, competitive compensation, 90% employer-covered health insurance (50% for dependents), 100% dental coverage, and unlimited PTO.

You’ll operate in a culture that values speed, customer obsession, deep domain rigor, and adaptable judgment.

What Will You Do? Finance & Revenue Operations Oversee payroll (employees, contractors, commissions), budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.

Maintain financial dashboards and forecasting models, perform monthly financial analysis, and manage aging reports.

Manage equity administration through Carta.

Automate and improve GTM workflows across HubSpot, Google Sheets, and related systems.

Recruiting & People Operations Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, job descriptions, pipeline management, and recruiter accountability.

Train and support hiring managers and manage recruiting outcomes.

Oversee onboarding workflows, compliance training, and internal enablement programs.

Systems & Strategic Execution Run and operationalize the OKR/KPI process in partnership with the CEO.

Maintain documentation standards across Notion, Google Drive, and SOPs.

Track SLAs across the organization and manage legal contract workflows.

Automate recurring processes using no/low-code tools.

Office & General Operations Manage vendor relationships, insurance providers, renewals, and office operations.

Oversee facilities, supplies, and daily office logistics.

What Will You Need? 3+ years in an operational or highly cross-functional role at a VC-backed seed or Series A startup (<100 employees) within the last 3+ years.

Experience at an engineering technology company.

Recent full-time non-consulting employment.

Hands-on experience with finance ops (invoicing, expenses, budgeting), business ops (vendors, insurance), and executive ops (OKRs, recruiting systems).

Strong reasoning, analytical, and systems-thinking abilities.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfort doing hands-on, non-glamorous work when necessary.

Ability to operate in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.

Must be able to provide references from prior managers at VC-backed startups within the last 5 years.

Strongly Preferred Experience with QuickBooks.

Early startup experience where you helped scale systems with a small team.
