SUPPORT
Contact us
Need help with your account, found a bug, or want to report a job, company, or recruiter? Send it here and we will take a look.
01 -- START HERE
What you can contact us about
This page is for anything that needs a human review, not a chatbot loop. If something feels off, confusing, or unsafe, tell us.
Tip: The fastest way to help is to include the link you were on, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
If you are reporting something urgent or safety-related, include as much detail as you can (screenshots, job link, company name, recruiter name, and dates).
Pick the right category
Use these as the subject line in your message so it routes cleanly.
General support
Account access, profile questions, job application issues, and anything you are unsure about.
Bug report
Broken pages, errors, missing buttons, incorrect data, or anything that is not working the way it should.
Issues with a company or recruiter
Unprofessional behavior, misrepresentation, harassment, pressure tactics, or repeated non-responsiveness.
Report fraud or scam jobs
Fake postings, suspicious outreach, requests for money, impersonation, or anything that looks unsafe.
Billing help
Charges, invoices, receipts, plan questions, cancellations, or payment method problems.
Policy or enforcement questions
Disputes, account actions, or questions about how we handle reports and platform integrity.
02 -- REPORT BUGS
Bug reports that we can actually fix
If something is broken, you do not need perfect wording. Just give us enough to reproduce it.
Please include: the page URL, what you clicked, what device/browser you are using, and a screenshot if possible.
If it involves applying to a job, include the job title and company name shown on the page.
Paste the exact link
If you can copy the URL from your address bar, that is ideal.
Steps to reproduce
Example: “Go to Jobs → open role → click Apply → error appears.”
Screenshot or screen recording
Even one image usually saves a full back-and-forth.
03 -- TRUST & SAFETY
Report fraud, scams, or unsafe behavior
If a job, company, or recruiter is asking for money, personal financial details, or anything that feels suspicious, report it.
Safety note: If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. This form is not monitored as an emergency channel.
We use reports to investigate patterns and protect the network. Provide as much detail as you can so we can verify quickly.
Requests for money
Application fees, “equipment purchases,” gift cards, crypto, or wire requests are common scam signals.
Impersonation
Lookalike domains, fake recruiter names, or messaging that does not match the company.
Proof helps
Screenshots, email headers, phone numbers, and links make investigations faster.
