This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI systems, enterprise deployments, and real-world scale.

What Will You Do? Own the strategy and execution of deploying our AI platform into enterprise customer environments.

Partner directly with customer engineering and product teams to understand workflows, data pipelines, and safety objectives.

Design and build GenAI-powered automation and agentic workflows tailored to each customer’s needs.

Serve as the primary post-sales technical point of contact for enterprise accounts.

Configure, tune, and optimize AI systems in production environments.

Write scripts and automation (Python, Java, TypeScript) to support integrations and improve performance.

Collaborate with the core product team to translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements.

Measure and improve AI system performance (precision, recall, failure modes, model behavior).

What Will You Need? Enterprise B2B SaaS deployment experience in a post-sales capacity (solutions engineer, deployment engineer, implementation engineer, FDE, or similar).

Strong coding ability in Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar languages.

Hands-on experience working with LLMs or GenAI systems (enterprise integrations preferred).

Deep understanding of how AI systems behave in production—failure modes, evaluation metrics, workflow integration.

Strong communication skills and comfort leading customer-facing technical conversations.

Startup experience or strong signals (top-tier schools, impressive GitHub, high-growth startups, top tech companies).

Self-directed mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Strongly Preferred Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer at an AI startup.

Experience managing large enterprise accounts post-sales.

Data science knowledge (precision/recall, performance evaluation) a plus.

Growth-stage startup experience.
