What you'll do:
Identify and pursue target accounts to meet and exceed quota Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns for enterprise deals Lead product demonstrations, clearly articulating value and ROI Manage complex sales cycles (6–12+ months) from prospecting through close Ensure smooth handoffs to implementation, professional services, and support teams Maintain accurate CRM documentation and provide clear pipeline reporting Manage territory and expenses to maximize sales effectiveness
What they're looking for:
3+ years of enterprise software sales experience, closing $250K–$500K+ ARR deals Proven success in new logo acquisition with a strong hunter mentality Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Background in construction technology (e.g., Procore, Trimble, e-Builder) preferred, or experience selling into verticals such as retail, manufacturing, commercial, education, or healthcare Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong technical aptitude
