What Will You Do? Own the end-to-end integration strategy for deploying the platform within enterprise customer environments. Work directly with customers to understand their data, workflows, and safety challenges. Build GenAI-powered agentic workflows and automation that process billions of events. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise users. Configure, deploy, and optimize the platform within complex customer environments. Write automation scripts and integrations while contributing to the core product when needed. Help shape product direction through direct exposure to real-world customer use cases.
What Will You Need? 2–7 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or technical deployment roles. Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical capacity (post-sales deployment, integration, or implementation roles preferred). Strong programming ability in Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar languages. Experience working with AI systems such as LLMs, generative AI platforms, or other machine learning solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to customers. Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity.
Strongly Preferred Experience deploying enterprise B2B SaaS products in customer environments. Experience at high-growth startups or technically demanding engineering teams. Background working with AI/ML platforms, developer tools, or data infrastructure companies. Understanding of AI evaluation concepts such as precision, recall, and model performance measurement. Experience building integrations or automation across large-scale data systems.
