What Will You Do? Ship product features end-to-end—from backend systems to polished user-facing interfaces. Design and implement systems that allow AI agents to make real-time trust and safety decisions. Build scalable infrastructure capable of processing billions of events daily. Develop highly interactive user interfaces for safety analysts and moderation teams. Collaborate directly with founders to prototype and launch new product capabilities quickly. Scale the platform to support new industries, customers, and use cases. Maintain high engineering standards around performance, reliability, and code quality.

What Will You Need? Strong experience building modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Backend development experience with Python or Golang. Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL and high-performance analytics systems like ClickHouse. Ability to own complex projects end-to-end, from architecture to production deployment. Experience shipping products in high-growth startup environments or similarly fast-paced teams. Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to move quickly while maintaining quality. A track record of working on technically challenging products rather than internal tooling or simple dashboards.

Preferred Experience Experience working at high-growth startups or scaling products used by millions of users. Founding engineer or early employee experience. Background working at top technology companies or highly selective engineering programs. Exposure to event sourcing, stream processing, or distributed systems. Experience with languages or ecosystems such as Rust, Scala, or Elixir.
