The Role & Responsibilities You will operate as a Business Development Partner under the Employment Networks flag, enjoying total autonomy over your client strategy.

Business Development: Identify and sign new employer clients to the platform.

Account Management: Handle the job requisition from intake through the start date.

Strategic Growth: Choose your own vertical and develop your own client relationships.

Activity Logging: Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline stages in HubSpot.

Candidate Requirements Must Haves: Experience: 2+ years of success in business development or account management within the recruiting industry.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: You possess your own outreach tools and the drive to work independently.

Integrity & Accountability: You set your own schedule, but you take full ownership of your results.

Commission Comfort: You are comfortable with a 100% commission structure and do not require a base salary.
