Lead Paralegal

What you'll do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for 8–12 partner law firms, managing communication and case updates Oversee a high-volume caseload of 120–220+ pre-litigation personal injury matters Lead and direct a pod of case managers across functions (e.g., medical records, police reports) Conduct daily case reviews, triage priorities, and ensure deadlines are consistently met Prepare and review demand packages for quality, accuracy, and completeness before submission

What they're looking for:

8–15+ years of personal injury experience, with a focus on high-volume pre-litigation caseloads Proven ability to manage 100+ active PI cases simultaneously Experience across both pre-litigation and litigation Background as a primary point of contact for attorneys and external stakeholders Strong experience drafting and reviewing demand packages Familiarity with PI case management systems (e.g., Litify, Filevine) preferred Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a high degree of ownership
