This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in White Plains, NY. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, including managing communication, maintaining organized records, and providing clerical support. The role involves coordinating scheduling, managing phone calls, and offering executive-level administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Attention to detail, professionalism, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role. This role also involves assisting the marketing and sales team by designing infographics and social media posts.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required Previous experience in a law office or legal environment is strongly preferred Experience with Canva/Adobe Suite
