About This Role
We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to help manage and grow relationships with our enterprise customers. This role focuses on onboarding new clients, ensuring product adoption, and driving long-term customer value.
The ideal candidate has experience working with SaaS products, understands how to support complex customers, and is comfortable collaborating with sales, product, and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customer accounts
Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers
Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve measurable value
Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions and escalations
Partner with Sales on renewals and expansion opportunities
Identify risks to retention and proactively address customer concerns
Provide product feedback to internal teams based on customer insights
