Candidate Requirements Must Haves: Commission-Only Comfort: You must be seeking a 100% commission-based, 1099 role and do not require a base salary.

Full Desk Experience: 2+ years of proven success in both business development and candidate placement.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: You possess your own sourcing tools—LinkedIn, job boards, etc.—and the drive to work independently.

Vertical Expertise: You have a deep understanding of your chosen industry niche.

Accountability: You set your own schedule, but you take full ownership of your results.

Preferred Traits: Integrity: You maintain high standards of professional conduct while managing your own desk.

Tech Savvy: Ability to maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline stages in HubSpot CRM.

Growth-Oriented: Desire to build a long-term "book of business" through permanent residuals.

The Role & Responsibilities You operate as a Full Desk Recruiter under the Employment Networks flag, enjoying total desk ownership.

Business Development: Identify and sign new employer clients to the platform.

Full Lifecycle Management: Handle the job requisition from intake to start date.

Strategic Growth: Choose your own vertical, develop your own clients, and source your own candidates.

Network Building: Invite candidates and companies to the platform to build your permanent residual book.

Activity Logging: Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline stages in HubSpot.
