What Will You Do? Ship end-to-end product features with rapid iteration cycles measured in hours.

Build and scale React/Next.js interfaces for complex AI-driven workflows.

Design backend services and data models using MySQL and ClickHouse for agent context and real-time decision systems.

Work on AI interfaces that require high reliability and thoughtful user experience design.

Support pilots, demos, and industry expansions by rapidly adapting product workflows.

Collaborate closely with founders on system design, architectural tradeoffs, and scaling challenges.

Contribute to systems where AI agents operate in real time across massive event volumes.

What Will You Need? Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

Backend experience with MySQL and familiarity with event-driven or analytics-oriented databases (ClickHouse a plus).

Startup experience or strong signals (top-tier schools, impressive GitHub projects, top technology companies).

Experience shipping complex, customer-facing features—not just internal tools or maintenance work.

Strong product instincts and attention to UI/UX polish.

Ability to move quickly, take ownership, and operate in a high-urgency startup environment.

Strong fundamentals in system design and practical problem-solving.

Strongly Preferred Growth-stage startup experience.

Experience with event sourcing, stream processing, or real-time systems.

Exposure to Elixir, Rust, Scala, or other performance-oriented languages.
